Continuous Basket Centrifuge

INTRODUCTION

Basket centrifuges are largely divided into Unperforated and perforated type
Hole-type type through a myriad of small holes in the rotating body, equipped with a filter cloth therein, solids that do not pass the filter cloth the liquid is accumulated in the inner wall and through the filter fabric is a type that is discharged to the outside.
Unperforated type liquid-separated by using the full time is not a hole in the overflow or the upper basket and discharge using a skimming pipe line to the outside, solids accumulated on the inner wall is the type for recovering after stopping the centrifuge. Unperforated type generally are used for solids clog easily when using a filter cloth.
